Our client, a new international company in the banking sector, is starting its operations in Bulgaria, and is establishing its team in Varna. To help them with that, we are looking for a:
Team Leader with German (New Financial Company)
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate a team of German-speaking customer service agents;
· Monitor and improve individual and team performance;
· Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members;
· Ensure compliance with processes, KPIs, and quality standards;
· Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Training,Operations) and support issue resolution.

Job requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, or supervisory role within customer support;
· Very good to fluent German (B2–C1 level);
· Experience in people management, coaching, and performance improvement;
· Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards in a customer service environment;
· Ability to motivate, engage, and develop team members.
