Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers
- Handle incoming inquiries, requests, and complaints in an efficient and solution-oriented manner
- Investigate and resolve customer cases while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Guide customers on how to use the company’s products or services effectively
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary and follow up until resolution
What We Need
- Fluency in German or French, along with a strong command of English
- Previous experience in a customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with both clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with CRM systems and handling customer cases
