German-Speaking Client Communication Specialist – Remote

Our partner is a well-established international company operating in the outsourcing industry. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer support via different communication channels (phone and ticketing systems);
• Handle a wide range of customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
• Support customers with general account- and service-related questions;
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following internal procedures and quality standards;
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Very high level of German – C1/C2;
• English – B2 level;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset;
• Previous experience in customer support (even minimal) is considered an advantage;
• Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple tools;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude;
• Ability to work on a shift-based schedule.
