What we're looking for in our Team Bulgaria:

• Experience in sales or client oriented positions

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (other European languages ​​are a plus)

• Ability to work independently and with ability to prioritize

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in sales, client service, or HR is an advantage

• Organized and independent, with a willingness to learn and improve

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the bridge between Alternative Recruitment (the company you will be representing in your country) and our clients. You'll connect with local businesses who are struggling to find staff in order to establish a collaboration by understanding their hiring needs, and offer recruitment solutions that bring real value. We provide the training to ensure we pass on all our knowledge onto you and will have your support team by your side at all times, every step of the way.
