Destination Specialist with Dutch

We are currently helping a market-leading BPO company, in establishing a new Travel Consultancy team, which will be working with business clients from the BeNeLux region regarding their business travels, accommodations etc.

Main Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch;
• Advanced level of English - above B2;
• Good communication and computer literacy;
• Previous experience within a Customer-facing position would be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help organize business travel for clients, including plane tickets, railway and/ or automotive transportation;
• Coordination of set travel plans, and ensure timely responses to unexpected situations;
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and e-mail, ensuring accurate information is provided, as well as concerns are being addressed based on the company's services portfolio;
• Act as a main point of contact from initial client inquiry, through issue resolution;
• Update client database and help improve the overall work processes.
