Customer Support Specialist with French
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat in French;
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner;
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions;
- Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and service-level agreements;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution;
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and guidance;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience enhancement.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1/C2 level);
- Good command of English (B1/B2 level or higher);
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
