Sales Support Specialist with German and English (Hybrid)

For one of our trusted international partners, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with German and English to join a dynamic and supportive team in Sofia.
This is not a direct sales position. The role does not include cold calling or individual sales targets.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for customer and internal enquiries.
- Prepare accurate quotations and support the processing of customer requests.
- Coordinate contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Manage orders and maintain accurate customer and contract documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve delivery, service, and billing-related issues.
- Update customer, contract, and opportunity information in Salesforce.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other commercial documentation.
- Support Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues across international and cross-functional teams.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, Contract Administration, Back Office, or a similar position.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Good communication skills and confidence when working with different stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
