We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer (.NET) who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and inspire a development team. In this role, you will influence architectural decisions, set technical direction, and ensure the reliability and scalability of a cloud-native platform.

Job description:

• Drive back-end development using .NET / C#, focusing on performance, scalability, and clean architecture
• Establish and uphold engineering standards, architectural principles, and best practices
• Support and mentor backend engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Collaborate with product and technical leadership to align solutions with business objectives
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and influence system design across teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a Senior or Lead Backend Engineer role using .NET / C#
• Strong background in cloud-based systems (GCP preferred, with Azure or AWS as alternatives)
• Hands-on experience with distributed, asynchronous, or event-driven architectures
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with a mentoring and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to explore new technologies, including modern frontend frameworks such as React
• Professional level of English
