For our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a:

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage complex projects from initiation to successful delivery;
• Prepare project plans, define budgets, and lead all project-related activities;
• Oversee project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards;
• Communicate and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners;
• Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, expectations, and escalations;
• Manage changes, dependencies, and ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders;
• Provide clear and regular project status updates, reports, and documentation.

What you need to succeed:

• University degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience in managing and successfully delivering D365 (D365FO / Dynamics 365) projects is a requirement;
• Hands-on experience managing high-priority or cross-functional projects;
• Extensive knowledge of Agile, Scrum or other methodologies;
• Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations effectively;
• Certification as a PMP is considered a strong advantage.
