PROJECT MANAGER (FinTech sector)
As part of the PMO Division, the Project Manager will take a key role in strategic projects and will participate in achieving the company's plans for long-term growth, innovation, and efficiency. In this role, you will:
- Oversee full project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or a combination of both, depending on the project’s needs.
- Build detailed execution plans covering schedules, resources, budgeting, and potential risks.
- Ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are achieved to the expected quality.
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration and manage smooth transitions between Agile and traditional ways of working.
- Partner with Product Owners to clarify requirements, prioritize backlog items, and shape sprint objectives.
- Present updates and project status to senior leaders and governance bodies.
- Make sure documentation concerning project deliveries is up to date.
Essential requirements for the role:
We need someone with experience working in cross-functional teams and a result-oriented mindset. We would be glad if you also have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Project (Program) Management or Project Coordination in Agile or Waterfall environment;
- Bachelor's or higher University degree in Finance/Banking, Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Economics, or relevant specialty;
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level);
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Knowledge or certifications related to PMI® PMBOK, Prince 2, or other project management frameworks will be a strong advantage.
