Delivery Manager
I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owning and handling the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.
- Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and supervise the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.
- Presenting regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life-cycle.
- Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assisting in any capacity to streamline the delivery of projects.
- Leading kick-off and status meetings to communicate project objectives, results, and expectations to the development and operation teams.
- Collaborating with collaborators to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by encouraging internal and external teams for assigned regions.
- Finding opportunities to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality.
- Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles.
- Maintain visible communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.
- Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.
- Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Attend & chip in to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required.
- Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.
II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHI
- In their everyday work, the Delivery Manager reports to their outstanding or to the Managing Director of the Company, as per the approved Company’s organizational chart.
- Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.
II. REQUIREMENT
- High proficiency in English and excellent oral and written communication in English are a must.
- 2+ years of software project management experience.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is an advantage.
- Experience with organisational change policy implementation is a benefit.
- Proactive, diligent individual; self-motivated, goal-oriented, great teammate.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker.
- Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, and developers.
- Ability to empower and drive colleagues towards success.
- Able to comprehend any business-related information from various sources (such as BI, media, etc.).
- Excellent analysis skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Capable of handling and running multiple projects – excellent multitasking skills are a must.
- Any Scrum Master, PM or PO certification is a benefit.
