Production Supervisor

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Focus on Safety
You will build a culture of safety by ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and procedures. Your leadership will contribute to maintaining an incident-free environment.
▪ Support of the Production Process
You will manage daily activities to ensure the most efficient use of equipment, personnel, and materials.
▪ Team Leadership and Development
You will provide active leadership, training, and mentoring of employees. You will collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, evaluation, and staff development matters.
▪ Compliance with Standards and Requirements
You will ensure compliance with all quality and environmental protection requirements, as well as internal and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements:

▪ Engineering education and experience in team leadership and development
▪ Leadership skills, motivation, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere
▪ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
▪ Willingness to work in an industrial environment
▪ English – minimum level B2
