Process Development Engineer

In connection with the large volume of work of our client, we are looking for:

Process Development Engineer

Profile Requirements:
• Academic Degree in Еngineering, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
• Previous professional experience in process development and project management within an engineering company, ideally within the automotive component sub-supply or automotive manufacturing sectors.
• Familiarity with the fundamental principles of automation.
• Knowledge of standards and regulation.
• • Skilled in implementing Lean Six Sigma tools including A3 reports for root cause analysis, Poka-yoke systems for quality assurance, MSA for measurement validation, Standard work documentation, Bottleneck identification to drive operational excellence and etc.
• APQP
• P-FMEA
• SPC
• ERP Systems – SAP is advantage.
• Proficiency in English – written and spoken.

Areas of Responsibility:
• Collaborate in the creation of specifications for new and existing processes and equipment.
• Coordinate the procurement and acceptance of new equipment based on approved specifications and standards.
• Play an active role in the implementation of new processes and the commissioning of equipment.
• Prepare essential documentation related to new equipment and processes.
• Assist in generating and organizing training materials for staff, including internal instructions, technological maps, and reconfiguration guides.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to production technology, technological standards, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate the production of prototypes, samples, and assembly units while upholding quality and deadline requirements.
• Contribute to the formulation of programs aimed at enhancing production technology.
• Stay updated on technological innovations in similar production fields, proposing relevant implementations in our processes.
• Engage in quality control to verify that manufactured products meet established standards and requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization in production through technological adjustments to processes, equipment, and materials.
