Sales Account Specialist

Our client is a modern and fast-growing Bulgarian company specializing in comprehensive optical solutions. They design and manufacture customized optical and fine mechanical components, including lenses, doublets, triplets, prisms, and wedges.

What You’ll Do:
Present, promote, and sell our products/services to new and existing customers.
Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Reach out to potential customers via cold calling and proactive outreach.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and departments to meet sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English (C1) – a must.
German as a second language – a strong advantage.
Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
A Bachelor`s degree in Economics or similar.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude.
