Customer Service Representative - CALL CENTRE

Customer Service Specialists at CALL CENTER required!

We are looking for English-speaking professionals (B2+) to join our Customer Service Specialist - English speaking, this is a stable, long-term role with paid training, a base salary of 1900 BGN gross, and attractive monthly bonuses .

Your responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Assist with troubleshooting and service-related queries
• Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication
• Record customer cases in internal systems
• Guide users through available services and solutions

We are looking for Candidate profile:

• English level B2 or higher (must-have)
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented and proactive mindset
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work scheduled evening & weekend shifts

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1900 BGN before tax/month (after probation) plus bonuses
• Performance bonus: up to BGN 600 before tax/month based on performance
• Sales bonus: average 100–1000 BGN before tax/month based on performance

• Schedule: 4x10h or 5x8h shifts between 10:00–23:00, incl. evenings & weekends
