We are looking for a customer-oriented professional to join an exciting international project with one of our trusted partners.
💡 The Role: Pure Support, No Sales
• Duties: Provide high-quality pre- and post-purchase customer assistance.
• Channels: Manage communication via email, live chat, and phone.
• Bonus: Zero sales or telemarketing activities involved.
🧩 Requirements:
• Languages: Fluency in German or French (B2+ or C1) and professional English (B2).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support or a customer-facing role.
• Mindset: A reliable team player looking for long-term stability and growth.
⏰ Working Hours:
The position offers 5 working days per week with 2 days off, based on two schedule options:
• Regular Shift: Monday to Friday, fixed from 10:00 to 19:00.
• Rotational Shifts: Monday to Saturday, with flexible shifts within the 09:00 – 21:00 time frame.
