Client Relations Specialist with German, Dutch or Spanish

For our client – a globally recognized sportswear brand – we are looking for Customer Service Professionals with German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian to join an international customer care team in Sofia.

This is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy communication, problem-solving and helping customers, while looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule with standard working hours.

No night shifts. No weekend work. No sales activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat;
• Provide professional support with pre- and post-purchase inquiries;
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and account-related questions;
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions;
• Handle customer requests with professionalism, empathy and attention to detail;
• Maintain accurate information in internal systems;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluent German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian (B2–C1);
• Good command of English (B2+);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented and solution-driven approach;
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivation and the right attitude are equally important.
