CRM Specialist with English

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform, ensuring customer records remain accurate, up to date, and well-organized.
• Collect, analyze, and segment customer data to support targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns through various communication channels, including email, SMS, and mobile push notifications.
• Evaluate campaign results, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, engagement, retention, and long-term value.

Job requirements:
• Fluent level of English (B2/C1);
• 2 years of experience in CRM, preferably in igaming;
• Great communication skills;
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
