Forecast & Capacity Planning Specialist

For our global partner – an international BPO organization delivering customer support solutions across a wide range of projects and industries, we are looking for a Forecast & Capacity Planning Specialist.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Translate client demand into staffing and resource needs based on forecasts and business goals;
• Create and maintain workforce planning schedules and structures;
• Monitor workload levels and identify gaps or overcapacity;
• Suggest solutions when adjustments are needed (e.g. hiring, overtime, training people for new tasks, reallocating teams);
• Keep accurate and up-to-date information on employees, their skills, and availability;
• Support forecasting activities and help improve forecast accuracy;
• Work closely with different teams to align demand with available resources;
• Support daily operational tasks such as absence planning, scheduling updates, and capacity tracking.

What We Expect from You:

• Good level of English (C1 – written and spoken);
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Interest or experience in forecasting, data or operations is an advantage;
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders;
• Organized, responsible and structured working style;
• Motivation to learn and develop in the field.
