We are now looking for International Customer Support Representatives fluent in German, French, Polish, or Czech to join their expanding team. The position includes both voice and non-voice channels, offering the opportunity to communicate with customers through various platforms in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional support;
- Maintain up-to-date records using internal CRM tools;
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and follow company guidelines.
- Fluency in German, French, Polish, Dutch, Danish, Slovak or Czech (C1 level);
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and computer literacy;
- Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude;
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required.
