General Associate (Native Bulgarian Speaker)
ComFit Europe Ltd. is a Hungary-based company specializing in monitoring medical journals and providing services to pharmaceutical companies across Europe. We are expanding and currently looking for native Bulgarian speakers with advanced English skills and flexible schedules to join our team as a General Associate.
At ComFit, we are committed to innovation and continuous learning. We are actively integrating AI tools into our daily work to improve efficiency and accuracy. Our team is on a learning journey—exploring how artificial intelligence can support and enhance our services. In collaboration with a university partner, we are also preparing a project to develop and embed AI models into our proprietary software.
What we do:
Our work includes procuring medical journals, the systematic search for patient safety data by medical professionals, and the structured entry of findings into our proprietary database.
We serve a diverse international client base, handling their daily inquiries, data requests, and reporting needs. Operating in a highly regulated industry, we ensure compliance with all relevant authority requirements and actively participate in client and regulatory audits to maintain the highest quality standards.
What you will do:
• Support various company operations, including medical journal procurement, database maintenance, client communication, and quality management system tasks.
• Assist with project management activities, such as recruitment processes and organizing training sessions.
• Participate in software development projects
• Engage in AI technologies
What we expect:
• Native Bulgarian and excellent written/spoken English
• 30 or 40 hours/week availability
• Strong independence, responsibility
• Attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, database usage)
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
Advantage:
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or drug safety
• healthcare education
• knowledge of any other languages than English and Bulgarian
