HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (Bulgaria & Europe)
Some of your duties:
The HR Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes for international employees, including the employee life cycle in the company’s software system, contracting, payroll, and salary administration (ТРЗ), compensation, and benefits across multiple countries. The role will work closely with Business Partners and P&O teams, as well as external payroll providers, to ensure accurate salary processing, compliance with deadlines, and smooth execution of all HR-related activities.
Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Operations within an international environment, including hands-on experience in Payroll.
- Proven experience managing payroll and HR administration for Bulgaria and other European countries, with a solid understanding of local labor law and statutory requirements in a multi-country context.
- Experience coordinating and overseeing end-to-end payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers (experience with Deel or Remote is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet strict payroll and reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), with strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage, but not mandatory.
