Key Responsibilities:‍

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and internal systems;
• Manage customer concerns, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and efficiency;
• Meet and exceed defined performance targets and service standards (KPIs & SLAs);
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex cases.

‍Candidate Requirem/ents:‍

• Advanced level (C1) in Dutch and good English skills (B2);
• High school education;
• Previous experience (0–2 years) in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
