Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, and internal systems;
- Manage customer concerns, complaints, and disputes with professionalism and efficiency;
- Meet and exceed defined performance targets and service standards (KPIs & SLAs);
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve more complex cases.

Candidate Requirem/ents:
- Advanced level (C1) in Dutch and good English skills (B2);
- High school education;
- Previous experience (0–2 years) in a similar role is considered an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
