Our partner is a global leader in financial process automation and digital transformation. The company is currently expanding its finance operations team and is looking for new star to support and enhance billing, order management, and automation processes within the finance department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create, correct, and reissue invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Order Fulfillment, Finance) to resolve invoice-related queries efficiently;
- Prepare reports on posted invoices and provide insights to senior management;
- Analyze and optimize billing workflows, supporting process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a finance or administrative position is considered an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Navision) is a strong plus;
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a structured way of working;
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken).
