Who are we?
We are the exclusive local agency for the territory of Bulgaria (and other countries in the region) of International Technical Alliance (ITA) Srl - an accredited international certification body (www.itanet.eu), committed to provide а high-quality and professional service to our clients – performing independent 3rd party ISO audit services.

Main responsibilities of the position:
· Assist clients in completing ISO management system certification questionnaires (based on a pre-developed template).
· Determine industry codes (EA/NACE) for client organizations based on their core activities (from a list of options).
· Calculate audit time and prepare financial budgets (based on a pre-developed template).
· Prepare and send offers, contracts and financial documents (based on pre-developed templates).
· Select and assign appropriate audit teams (based on a list of options).
· Prepare application document packages (based on pre-developed templates).
· Plan audits and coordinate details with clients and auditors.
· Assignment of audit documents (based on pre-developed templates).
· Administrative review of submitted audit documentation (using a pre-developed checklist).
· Assigning technical review to a competent technical reviewer (from a list of options).
· Carrying out final administrative review and compiling the final audit package.
· Maintaining and updating our databases (Cloud, ERP system).
· Communicating with colleagues in and outside the office.
· Coordinating and managing the timely and accurate execution of certification-related tasks in other countries (acting as the “Country Responsible Person”).
Requirements
· Grammatically correct Bulgarian language
· Excellent command of English (mandatory, main working language).
· Italian language – an advantage.
· Strong computer literacy (MS Office, working with documents and databases).
· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Responsibility, reliability, independence and desire for professional development.
· Previous experience in a certification body or with ISO standards – an advantage.
