Poseidon Marine is looking for a motivated and reliable E-commerce Assistant to join our team in Sofia!

Poseidon Marine is one of Europe's leading companies in the marine spare parts sector. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a new team member who will help us deliver excellent service and keep our daily operations running smoothly.

No previous experience is required — we will provide all the training you need to succeed!

Your daily tasks will include:

• Invoicing customer orders using SOFT1, our user-friendly commercial management system.

• Preparing shipping labels through our shipping platforms.

• Receiving and processing telephone orders from local Bulgarian customers.

• Carefully packing orders and preparing them for shipment.

• Supporting the smooth operation of our daily e-commerce activities.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:50–17:50, including lunch break.

We believe that the right attitude matters more than previous experience!

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Speaks Bulgarian and has a good command of English.

• Has good communication and teamwork skills.

• Is organized, reliable, and responsible.

• Is punctual and willing to learn.

• Enjoys working in a positive and supportive environment.

Previous experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a similar position is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Full training will be provided.

• A stable job in an established and growing European company.

• €800 net monthly salary, with social security contributions paid on the declared salary.

• A permanent employment contract after the initial 2-month period, subject to successful completion.
