Virtual Assistant with Call Handling Skills
We are a letting and property sales agency in London, UK and require a virtual assistant to help with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Manage agendas/appointments
-Manage phone calls and correspondence
-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
-Arrange and coodrdinate property repairs & contractor visits
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary
-Create adverts and listings for available properties, arrange viewings with potential leads
Working Time Zone: UK (Mon - Fri- 9am - 5pm)
Location: Home Based
Compensation: £800 (1850-1900 BGN)
