We are currently assisting them in recruiting a motivated junior to kick-start their career as:


Junior Buying Operations Coordinator


This role acts as a liaison between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams, ensuring the seamless operation of delivery and order processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and confirming orders, followed by monitoring planned deliveries;
- Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
- Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

- Last-year student or graduate in “Design, Technology and Management of Fashion Industry”, "Business Administration", "Logistics" or other related specialty;
- Proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated practical skills;
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

- Professional experience in an Operational or Supply Chain department within the Е-commerce /Fashion industry;
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP);
- Working level of the German language.
