Account Manager

For our client — a commercial and engineering-oriented company specializing in the supply, engineering, and maintenance of high-tech sealing solutions and industrial fluid systems - we are seeking an Account Manager.
The company serves a wide range of industries — including automotive, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, energy, transportation, food processing and other technically demanding manufacturing sectors — providing highly durable solutions certified according to international standards and adapted to various operating conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will be a key figure in communication and daily operational work with clients and suppliers, including:
• Professional handling of customer inquiries, quotations and orders
• Management and coordination of supplier-related processes (requests, deliveries, technical specifications)
• Monitoring order status and ensuring timely execution
• Preparation of commercial documents, contracts, quotations and reports
• Resolving operational issues and technical cases in communication with clients
• Maintenance of ERP/CRM systems and document flow
• Collaboration with technical and logistics teams within the organization

Main Requirements:
• Higher education — preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
• Practical experience in professional communication with clients and suppliers
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and customer/order management software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
