Sales Representative with German - Money Transfers field

Main Responsibilities:

Negotiating with B2B partners to renew contracts and retain business relationships;

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction via inbound calls;

Tracking progress, reporting goals and developing innovative solutions;

Working with internal systems.

Job requirements:

Excellent level of German and English (C1)

Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to negotiate and problem-solve;

Demonstrable good business acumen and strong sales approach;

Very good сomputer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools).
