Ventere Properties is a new boutique real estate agency based in Sofia, dedicated to offering a highly personalized approach to property services both locally and internationally. We are looking for an experienced, driven, and relationship-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our founding team.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
✔️ A strong portfolio of properties and established clients
✔️ Proven ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
✔️ Personal vehicle preferred (required for property viewings and client meetings)
✔️ Excellent communication in Bulgarian and English (additional languages are a plus)
✔️ A proactive, professional, and warm approach with attention to detail
✔️ Interest or experience in international property markets is highly desirable
