Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value players.
- Monitor gaming patterns to identify opportunities for retention and growth;
- Provide tailored offers and recommendations to drive loyalty and increase customer lifetime value;
- Prepare reports and cooperate with other departments to resolve recent issues efficiently.
