Online Sales Specialist with English

We are the ultimate public services platform for UK market with offices in New York, London and Ruse, Bulgaria. We are looking for candidates who will search for new service providers in the area of Cleaning Services, Handyman Services, Locksmith Services, Pest Control Services, etc.

Responsibilities:

·       Conducting cold calls to identify and generate interest from potential clients

·       Introducing our services and building the first contact with leads

·       Representing the company in a professional and engaging manner

·       Qualifying to identify if clients can become customers of our company

·       Working with non-campaign leads and meeting daily/weekly targets

·       Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case

·       Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations

·       Taking part in regular training and career progression opportunities

Requirements:

·       Fluent English – both spoken and written (mandatory)

·       Previous experience in customer service is advantage

·       Strong communication skills, resilience, and motivation

·       Hard-working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·       Willingness to grow in a structured and goal-driven sales environment

·       Readiness to learn on the spot and to receive professional guidance
