Account Manager (m,f): French or Dutch Speaker Digital Marketing

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Account Managers for a hybrid role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will support business clients in the digital marketing space, helping them re-engage with platform solutions and grow their online presence. You will manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the success of marketing strategies in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Role
- Reach out to former clients and support their reactivation and renewed engagement
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, building long-term relationships
- Develop and follow a structured plan to grow your client portfolio
- Identify opportunities to increase client investment in marketing solutions
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and online meetings
- Understand client goals and provide tailored marketing recommendations
- Act as the main point of contact, offering solutions aligned with client needs
- Meet sales targets, KPIs, and quarterly goals
- Stay up to date with product updates, best practices, and industry trends
Your Qualifications
- Fluent French or Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Understanding of sales strategies and sales pipelines
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience in digital marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
- Good organizational skills and self-motivation
- Knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
