Job Description, Responsibilities, and Duties

Provide 360-degree customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment
Warehouse operations, specifically assembling orders
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics partners
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
Generate and analyze inventory and order reports
Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
Assist with any returns, exchanges, or refunds
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer issues promptly.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a small, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer support software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Bulgarian
