1. The Role: B2B Sales Representative sells our game-changing subscription service to businesses: all-inclusive maintenance for offices & shops (repairs, installations and maintenance – 24-hour SLA, QR-scan activation, zero hassle).

2. Your Impact: Help 100+ businesses cut downtime by 50% and boost productivity – while you rack up commissions on recurring revenue.

What We Offer?

1. Base Salary 2,000 BGN net/month (fixed, no quotas – just show up and crush it)
2. Commissions on new clients  +  recurring (every active subscription per month)

What You'll Do (Your Day in 5 Bullet Points)?

1. Prospect & Close: Target 15–30 businesses/week
2. Demo the Magic: Show how QR-scan = instant 24h fixes (no more emergency plumber calls).
3. Build Relationships: Partner with facility managers – turn one office sale into chain-wide subs.
4. Track Wins: Use our CRM to log deals – we handle billing & renewals.
5. Hours: Flexible (remote/hybrid) – work smart, not hard.

Who We're Looking For – Your Profile?

1. 3+ years B2B sales (facilities, real estate, SaaS, or services - offices/shops a plus).
2. Proven Closer: 60%+ win rate, 50k+ BGN annual quota history.
3. Relationship Builder: Charismatic, consultative seller who listens first.
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM.
5. Bulgaria-Based: Plovdiv
