We are supporting them in hiring a motivated Junior Specialist to join their team and launch its career in the role of:


Junior Buying Operations Specialist


The position involves coordination between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams to ensure efficient delivery and order processing. Responsibilities include as well order creation and confirmation, delivery monitoring, and maintenance of accurate order data within the inventory management system. Additionally, you will be in charge of verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary.


Essential requirements for the role:

- Last-year student or graduate in "Business Administration", "Logistics", "Accounting and Control", "Economics", or other related specialty;
- Proficiency in MS Excel with demonstrated practical skills;
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 or a higher level);
- Good working level of German language (B1+/B2 level);

Advantages that are not mandatory:

- Some professional experience in an Operational or Supply Chain department within the Е-commerce / Fashion industry;
- Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP);
