Performance Ads Specialist
As a Performance Ads Specialist, you will support the growth of the company’s digital footprint and lead generation strategy across social media channels. The role includes budget management, campaign tracking and performance analysis, as well as conducting competitive and audience research.
Needed skills, knowledge and experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Performance / Meta Ads Specialist or other relevant role;
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid advertising;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in budget and KPI management;
- Ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives and funnels;
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with internal teams and external agencies;
- Fluency in English - B2 level, both verbal and written.
