Role Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Email Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the scheduling and execution of email campaigns across multiple brands and audiences for one of our clients.
This is an execution-focused role, requiring precision, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and deploy email campaigns across multiple brands and audience segments
Manage and maintain email automation workflows (triggers, sequences, targeting)
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and according to schedule
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to prevent errors before sending
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure accuracy of content, subject lines, and links
Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery or scheduling issues
Work with CRM and automation tools to optimize processes
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Expertsender, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy, comfortable working with automation tools and CRM systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
