Junior SEO Specialist
Overview
As a Junior SEO Specialist at Conversion Century, you will help optimize our clients' online presence and boost their organic visibility.
Working with businesses across Europe and the US, you’ll implement modern SEO strategies, analyze performance, and execute tactical initiatives to improve search engine rankings.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about SEO and the evolving digital landscape.
Key responsibilities
- On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research, optimize meta tags, and enhance website content to increase visibility and relevance.
- Off-Page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks through link-building campaigns, directory submissions, and outreach efforts.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and website copy aligned with LLM and SEO objectives.
- Technical SEO: Conduct site audits to improve crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile responsiveness while fixing issues like broken links or duplicate content.
- Performance Monitoring: Use SEO and LLM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities from SEO data and recommend optimization strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and new tools to keep our strategies competitive.
- Client Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, providing performance updates, and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and best practices for on-page/off-page optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
