We are currently supporting them in recruiting an experienced professional for the position of:
Supply Operations Invoicing Specialist The role involves investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, maintaining communication with suppliers, and collaborating with internal teams to clarify open issues. In addition, you will analyze recurring problems, recommend process improvements, and document results through regular reporting. Required skills, experience, and knowledge for the position:
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Control, or any economics-oriented specialty;- 3+ years of experience in the Supply Operations field; - Excellent knowledge of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process; - Experience with documentation and invoice verification;
- Experience with SAP;
- Excellent skills with MS Excel;
- Excellent command of the English language (B2 or higher); * Good command of the German language (B1+ or higher) will be considered as an advantage!
