Polish -speaking Customer Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone and email in Polish and English.
• Assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting.
• Resolve connectivity and basic technical issues related to devices and smart technology.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements and necessary skills

· Polish proficiency at B2 level.

· English proficiency at B2 High (B2H) / C1 level.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and availability to work from our office in Sofia.

Nice-to-have:

· Interest in technology and consumer electronics.

· Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, mobile devices, or connectivity.
