Business Support Specialist with German, French or Dutch | Hybrid (1 Week per Month in the office)

We're expanding the team of our international partner and looking for professionals with German, French or Dutch who want to build a long-term career in Customer Experience while enjoying one of the most flexible hybrid work models on the market.
Unlike traditional hybrid positions, this role requires you to work from the office in Sofia for only 1 week per month. During the remaining weeks, you can work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to customers via phone and email;
- Handle account-related requests and administrative tasks;
- Process customer requests and maintain accurate documentation in internal systems;
- Work closely with colleagues from international teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
- Fluent German, French or Dutch (C1/C2);
- Good command of English (B2);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Back Office or similar positions is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
