What you'll do:

• Communicate with customers and business partners via phone, email, and chat

• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

• Support clients with inquiries, requests, and account-related matters

• Work with internal systems and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What we're looking for:

✔ Fluency in one of the following languages:

German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Nordics or other European languages

✔ Good command of English

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Previous experience is an advantage, but not required for all projects
