Back Office Support with Italian and English | July Start | Sofia
BAB Consult is currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals who are ready to join an international company immediately. The position is office-based in Sofia, with July start dates available. You will work on a rotating schedule between Monday and Sunday, designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Your role
As a Back Office Support Specialist, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by reviewing requests, processing cases, and providing written support through internal systems.
You will:
• Review and process customer requests through internal systems;
• Investigate cases and analyze information to determine the appropriate resolution;
• Handle customer inquiries via email (no phone support);
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary;
• Ensure all actions comply with internal policies and quality standards;
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records;
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver timely and effective solutions;
• Contribute to maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-quality digital environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2);
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Back Office, Administration, Operations, or similar roles is considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to make accurate decisions while following established procedures;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Confidence working with MS Office and internal systems.
• Availability to start already in July.
