Senior Aftersales Sales Specialist
At Iute Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Aftersales Sales Specialist to strengthen our outbound sales performance and support overall team effectiveness.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on direct customer communication and revenue generation, suitable for professionals with previous experience in leading or mentoring teams who are motivated to drive results through personal contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to existing customers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and close deals effectively
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Act as a role model in sales execution, objection handling, and customer communication
- Share best practices and practical sales techniques with colleagues informally
- Provide insights from daily customer interactions to support optimization of sales approaches
- Support smooth coordination between Commercial and Customer Experience teams through active communication
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales (financial services or fintech is an advantage)
- Previous experience in team coordination, mentoring, or sales leadership is considered a strong advantage
- Strong commercial mindset and confidence in closing deals
- Ability to positively influence team performance without formal managerial authority
- Experience working with KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per customer, and efficiency
- High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability
