German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview:
We are currently looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic and international team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via inbound calls and other communication channels
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Deliver accurate information regarding administrative and technical topics (products, billing, etc.)
- Perform system updates and make necessary changes in internal tools
- Escalate issues or redirect calls to relevant departments when needed
Requirements:
- German (C1+ level) is mandatory
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts
