This role will involve working in a fun, fast paced and performance driven environment which will involve advising, solving and communicating with both the team and customers, to deliver a first class service and advice on the company’s products from a nutritional aspect.

What you need?
- Exceptionally customer focused
- Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or a related field (or relevant experience)
- Ability to communicate fluently in German and English, both in verbal and written communication styles and understand the market specific dialects or accents
- Computer literate and ability to navigate around a computer system
- Committed to resolving queries about nutrition, dietary suitability, emulsifiers, recipes, animal product allergies;
- Good telephone manner and strong understanding of social media channels and familiarity with social communication best practices
- Excellent soft skills
