Account Manager with English
We are looking for a client-focused onboarding professional to lead the customers from signed contract to successful service delivery. This role is critical in shaping the client’s first experience with our company and requires strong communication skills and product knowledge.
Candidates with background experience of more than 2 years would be considered with higher priority!
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the client onboarding process after successful contract signature.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Organize detailed kickoff meetings to align on objectives, timelines and client requirements.
• Assist clients with onboarding procedures, facilitate procedures and proactively remove blockers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Timely and proactive client follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS onboarding, account management, implementation or customer success.
• Previous experience in the payments industry is considered a plus.
• Proven experience managing business clients.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable internal tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
