Project Support Expert with German (SME)
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert with German!
- Job Description
- Answering front line calls for a minimum period agreed
- Conducting coaching sessions
- Providing in-line support
- Supporting of the performance management team
- Acting as contact person for violations of guidelines
- Handling of Supervisor Calls
- Conducting quality discussions
- Handlining Back office activities
- Implementing mandate and refresh training
- Holding a role model function in the areas of information security/data protection and occupational safety.
Our requirements:
- 6 months proven relevant experience
- Fluency in German,
- Good level of English (B2+) would be considered an advantage
- Good expertise (processes, tools, technology)
- KPI values in the very good range
- High reliability and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, willing to learn and motivation
- Ideally, experience or training in the field of training
- Exemplary behaviour
- Helpful, communicative and willing to give more than expected.
